American born, James Davis studied fashion photography at The Fashion Institute of Technology in NYC and worked as a fashion and lifestyle photographer in NYC before moving to Malmö, Sweden in 2004. His passion and creativity has inspired him to grow into one of Sweden's most established artist. James enthusiasm and acknowledgement of composition and lighting keeps him in the forefront of the fashion and advertising industry. He approaches all shoots, from fashion and lifestyle, with a relaxed attitude and pleasant demeanor.

He launched his professional career as a photographer where his talents led him into the world of fashion, beauty, travel and lifestyle photography.

He has photographed celebrities such as Aretha Franklin, Barry White, Andy Warhol, Marvin Gaye, James Brown, former world boxing champion Michael Spinks, former world boxing champion Joe Frazier, boxing promoter Butch Lewis, Akon, Rihanna, Corine Bailey Rae, Stephon Maubury and Caroline Kluft to name a few.
